.

Postdoctoral R&D Scientist with a PhD in Chemical Engineering, specializing in the design of macroporous silica-based microspheres via emulsion-based sol-gel processes for photocatalytic water purification. Since completing the doctorate, research has expanded into the valorization of agro-industrial by-products, with a focus on extracting biopesticides and cellulose using sustainable technologies including subcritical water and microwave-assisted extraction, alongside the encapsulation of bioactives via spray-drying. Experienced in the assembly, testing, and optimization of photocatalytic reactors and subcritical water extraction systems, with strong hands-on expertise in process optimization (RSM/MODDE) and advanced analytical characterization (FTIR, TGA, SEM, HPLC).
