Get to know FCT-CERENA's PhD students

 

Under the collaboration agreement between FCT and CERENA (UIDP/04028/2020), FCT has granted seven Research Scholarships for PhD Students. These students are developing doctoral studies within the scope of doctoral programs in which CERENA has a strong involvement and contributing to the scientific areas of CERENA.

Ana Raquel Gonçalves is developing the workplan 'Mapping, identification and valorization of biomass - Development of fuel maps for forest management and valorization’, under the supervison of Rui Galhano and Sandra Heleno .

Bárbara Ribeiro da Fonseca is developing the workplan “Assessment of environmental degradation caused by potentially toxic elements resulting from former abandoned mining operations. Case study: Iberian stannous-tungstiferous metallogenic province” under the supervison of Joaquim GóisHenrique Garcia Pereira and António José Guerner Dias.
