Connecting Lisbon project at Lisbon Architecture Triennali- Takeover Fest

The R&D project "Connecting Lisbon" coordinated by Jorge Ribeiro (FA.UL, CERENA, CIAUD) was selected by "Forecast Takeover" (part of the Lisbon Architecture Triennali) for a short documentary entitled 'Blueprints for Agency' to be shown at the "Forecast Takeover Fest" at Palácio Sinel de Cordes in April 29, 2023.

"Connecting Lisbon" project is dedicated to creating pedestrian paths or walkways to reduce pedestrian distances in between the housing blocks, or generating the tourist-architectural interest of exploring the back of buildings in the city. This initiative focuses on facilitating pedestrian mobility inspired by the 15 minute city concept (Carlos Moreno). 

Forecast is a Berlin-based, internationally active platform dedicated to support, mentor, and promote of trailblazing creative practices and audacious artistic practitioners. Forecast runs a mentoring programme which helps to realise projects whose social ambition and innovation potential stretches far beyond themselves.
