Hamid Sabeti

Assistant Professor


Hamid has a PhD degree in Earth Resources concluded at Instituto Superior Técnico (2017) with thesis entitled "3D stochastic seismic inversion for spatially non-stationary environments in hydrocarbon reservoirs". He also has Master degree in "Geophysics, Exploration Seismology" concluded in 2007 at Institute of Geophysics, University of Tehran, thesis entitled "Seismic facies analysis based on 2D and 3D multi-attribute classification" and a BSc degree in Mining Exploration Engineering concluded in 2004 at University of Birjand, Iran. His main research interest: Seismic inversion, Geostatistics and its applications, Seismic data processing and interpretation, Reservoir characterization, Modeling of exploration data such as Geophysical, Geochemical, drilling.
