Maria de Lurdes Dinis makes part of the Technical Advisory Committee for radiological protection and nuclear safety

Maria de Lurdes Dinis is the representative of FEUP at the Technical Advisory Committee (CAT) for radiological protection and nuclear safety promoted by the Portuguese Environment Agency.

The Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) assumed the role of competent authority for radiological protection, nuclear safety and for the safe management of radioactive waste and spent fuel. Within the scope of this new regime, this Agency considered it pertinent to set up a CAT from which Maria de Lurdes is part of.
