Amílcar Soares will be a keynote speaker at the 2^nd Workshop: Advances in Seismic Interpretation, organized by the Society of Exploration Geophysicists.

'The workshop will showcase state-of-the-art workflows and recent innovations in geological, geomechanical, and petrophysical interpretation of geophysical data. It will highlight the increasing role of seismic interpretation not only as a platform for integration of all subsurface information in the oil and gas industry, but also as a tool for bridging new trends in energy transition. The workshop will be an excellent opportunity to review and discuss recent advances in interpretation methodologies, artificial intelligence, machine learning, quantitative tools, new challenges, and other ways to apply innovative techniques to both the legacy and latest generation of geophysical data.'

The workshop will take place from 21^st to 23^rd november 2021 and will be an hybrid event with an in-person and online technical program.
