News from the field campaign in the Canadian Arctic

The field campaign developed by the CERENA researcher Pedro Pina with other colleagues from Nunataryuk project (G. Vieira from IGOT, Dustin Whalen and François Malenfant from GSC, Samuel Stettner and Justus Gimsa from AWI), was successfully acomplished during July-August 2018. Multiple surveys with UAV were developed for mapping retrogressive thaw slumps (Herschel Island), coastline monitoring (till Alaska border) and flooding hazard mitigation (Tuktoyaktuk coastal village).
